A Fire Hazad Awareness Camp was held in West Guwahati College of Education in collaboration with Pandu College under the supervision of Officer in charge of Fire Brigade Service Nabajit Nath who have displayed the awareness about the uses of fire and how to face the hazards successfully. Various demonstrations were shown by the SRDF personnels through mock drill during the camp like what precautions should be taken in case of gas cylinder leakage, sudden broke out of fire, chocking, dealing with snake bites, handling of injured persons, emergency act to be done during cardiac arrest.etc . These demonstrations were being provided by the SDRF personnels successfully. Moreover an interactive session was also held with the students regarding how to face such kind of emergencies in life. .
